Outcome: Product launched to production in 90 days, on schedule and with a solid foundation for growth.

Background and challenge

ExpatPlanner came to Bonzzay with something valuable: evidence that its product had demand.

The client had run several tests to measure genuine market interest before investing in development.

The next step was the most critical: turning that validation into a functional digital product without losing time or margin for error.

The challenge was not only technical. As a product with legal implications, there were business and product decisions that required precision: which features were viable, which were not, and how to build on a solid legal foundation from day one.

The solution

User-centered design and iteration

We dedicated a significant portion of the project to designing and refining the experience.

This was not merely about producing attractive screens. It was about making product decisions that directly affected the business model.

This phase was intensive and necessary because it is where the foundation of everything else was built.

Development in Next.js

With the design validated, we executed the product development in Next.js, prioritizing delivery speed without compromising quality.

The technology choice was aligned with the need for a scalable product from the outset.

Coordination with a specialist legal provider

A key part of the project’s success was knowing when not to act alone.

For the structuring of products within the platform, the client engaged a specialist legal provider.

Bonzzay acted as the technical and strategic bridge, ensuring that those decisions were correctly translated into the product.
